The British China Times was founded by Dr. Tseng Hsiao-hui and is controlled by the China Times Media Group, which Dr. Tseng established in Hong Kong in 2009, adhering to the philosophy of “Unity of China, News for the World.” Based in the UK and with a global outlook, our newspaper is committed to providing timely, accurate, and in-depth news coverage for the Chinese community.

《中華時報》創刊於 2009 年 12 月，經香港特區政府批准為註冊日報，英文名稱為 China Times，簡稱 CTC。報社發行量逐年增加，最高曾達 100萬份。作為一家專業的時政新聞媒體，《中華時報》秉持“中華集大同，時報傳天下”的宗旨，致力於成為全球華人媒體的領航者。

The Hong Kong China Times was founded in December 2009 and approved by the Hong Kong SAR government as a registered daily newspaper, with the English name China Times and the abbreviation CTC. The newspaper’s circulation has increased year by year, reaching a peak of one million copies. As a professional political news media outlet, the China Times adheres to the mission of “Unity of China, News for the World,” striving to become a leader in global Chinese media.
Under the leadership of founder Dr. Tseng Hsiao-hui, the newspaper has taken practical steps, enduring hardships and working diligently, launching the China Times Chinese website in 2010. As it developed, the official website expanded to include e-newsletters and video interview sections to broaden its operations. To further enhance its influence, the China Times established a sister publication with Taiwan’s China Times and restructured into the “China Times Media Group” in 2012 with the introduction of financial institutions. In 2014, the newspaper launched the mobile version of the China Times website and an app, making it more convenient for readers to access information.
Our mission is to uphold the autonomy of our editorial and reporting staff, ensuring that news coverage is free from the influence, pressure, or retaliation of political figures or government agencies. Currently, we have established dozens of branches in regions including mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, as well as the Americas, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Our professional team is large and responsive, employing a variety of reporting methods. We have published special editions and professional websites in multiple languages, including English, Arabic, Chinese, French, Japanese, Russian, and Hindi, becoming a widely recognized and beloved multimedia group with significant influence globally.

中华时报传媒集团董事局主席、英国《中华时报》社长曾晓辉博士简介:
曾晓辉博士（1968－），出生于广东省龙川县。曾就读于中国科技大学、南京大学，获南京大学天体物理学博士学位后转向艺术领域，师从雕塑泰斗潘鹤教授及油画家郭绍纲教授。
2000年，创立广州新世纪艺术研究院。 2009年，在香港创办《中华时报》（现为全球华人主流媒体），并陆续拓展创办《中华新闻通讯社》、《中华摄影报》及英国《中华时报》。联合发起《中华电视》及世界华人流行音乐联合会。于2018年创办「国际城市文化论坛」，于2020年创办“紫荆花诗歌奖”，于2022年创办「维多利亚国际摄影赛」，这些活动均发展为具有重要影响力的国际文化盛事。
曾在中国内地多家机构担任高级职务(包括广州市政府、广州马会、广东省铁路建设监理、广东省演出业协会、广东省南越国文化研究院、中国民营演出联盟等）。现任香港美术学院及香港艺术研究院院长、多所大学教授，并担任粤港澳大湾区艺术联合会主席、中华科技协会会长、世界监督学会会长等职。
学术著作涵盖新闻报道、艺术理论与历史、小说散文等多个领域。其雕塑创作富含人文关怀与时代精神，作品矗立于香港、多哈、台湾、广州等多个大都市，并被全球多家美术馆、艺术机构典藏。积极参与张家界、贺兰山、上海世博会及大阪世博会等多处文旅项目规划。
